I just wanted to tell you thanks for having a very professional organization. A couple days ago, I emailed Dave and advised him that I did not have a couple template pieces (spacers) for the garden chairs. I did not realize this when I got my templates, I only discovered this when I got an order for some chairs. Today, (3 days after my request), they showed up via UPS. Every time I have called, you or Dave have called me right back and responded quickly to every email. I really appreciate doing business with a well run professional organization.
